Competency of Tuberculosis Instructor after Training with Citizenship Behavior-Based Organizational Training Management

INTRODUCTION: The success of the health extension program depends on performance workers in carrying out their roles and functions professionally. education training they have attended influence professionalism, competence, tuberculosis instructors.
 AIM: This study aims to analyze competence instructor after by Organizational Citizenship Behavior-based management model.
 METHODS: A prospective cross-sectional interventional with baseline repeat surveys were conducted evaluate effect organizational citizenship behavior-based management. Education public instructors are carried for three days. participants 60 people from 30 community centers selected purposively as an intervention control.
 RESULTS: Independent t-test statistical test was shown that based Behavior effective increasing (p-value = 0.001).
 CONCLUSION: is a description positive behavior employees, namely will exceed organization. Management alternative conducting way develop quality skills human resources institutions, general, more effectively efficiently.
